FIRST CLASS FACILITIES We expect our dealers to invest in customer service from parking to dedicated reception/waiting area, well stocked parts facilities, service vehicles to fully equipped service bays and workshops so Kubota-trained dealer technicians can provide expert diagnostics, routine servicing, repairs to seasonal maintenance. RIGOROUS TRAINING By working closely with Kubota and attending regular training events at Kubota’s purpose-built Training Centre, dealer service teams acquire the necessary skills, processes and qualifications needed to reach the highest standard of service, maintenance and after sales support. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION The Kubota customer satisfaction survey is submitted to customers after every product sold and is used to rate the service department of every Kubota dealer.
