Battery charger These automatic battery chargers are designed to charge lead-acid batteries. Built-in safety features to limit overheating could interrupt the charging process when recharging batteries with higher capacity. In power supply mode, the charger supplies low voltage direct current (13.7V). This mode is also to be chosen for a maintenance charge. This charger is equipped with a temperature sensor, integrated in the clamp, which allows to adapt the charging intensity to the battery temperature. Thanks to this function, overheating can be avoided and an optimum load is always guaranteed, even in the case of extreme temperatures.
