Choose a strategic equipment The battery is a tank of power and energy. It has a dual role: • Supply the electrical power needed for starting: it is the starting intensity expressed in amperes (A) • Supply the consumers of the vehicle at a standstill or in heavy demand when the alternator can not supply all the energy required : it is the capacity expressed in amperes hours (Ah)
